Camden LINk Registration Form

The Camden Local Involvement Network (LINk) is an independent network that has been established to give people and communities the opportunity to have their say about how health and social care services are delivered to meet the needs of local people.

If you as an individual, or on behalf of a group or organisation would like to be a participant of Camden LINk, please complete this form. Your details will be recorded and emailed to Camden LINk.

As a participant you will receive regular updates of LINk's work highlighting key local and national news on health and social care. You will receive information about what we are working on and invitations to all our engagement events where you will have the opportunity to have your say about local health and social care issues.
